We’ve been looking for fashion inspiration and there’s no better place to find it than on London’s Oxford Street. Here are some of the gorgeous outfits we spotted a selection of stylish shoppers wearing this week. Don’t these ladies look fabulous?
The animal print maxi dress drives us wild. Adding a belt cinches in the waist and the jewels on the buckle provide a bit of glamour. This look will see you from day to night.
What a lovely purple top! The dotty jacket is adorable too.
It seems purple is popular this week. We love the stunning gladiator sandals!
What a cool maxi dress, this look rocks. She’s added a touch of girly glamour with a long necklace but it’s the sunglasses that make this outfit tick all the right boxes.
Denim skirts are great for running errands in and the flat gladiator sandals look comfy but cool. However, we’re most impressed by the gorgeous pink handbag. Divine!
This stylish shopper’s outfit is right in so many ways. Leggings, tick. Fabulous flats, tick. Bold tunic top, tick. Statement handbag, tick. Well done, lady!
You can wear this summer dress for day or night. Swap the flats for killer heels and you can go from walking the streets to dancing in the clubs with no effort at all. Love it.
Florals are one of the key trends for summer but what we love about this lady’s outfit is how her shoes match her handbag. And the gladiator sandals are particularly gorgeous. We approve!

When it comes to buying underwear this season, big is definitely beautiful.
Forget the thong, throw away the bikini briefs and embrace high waisted briefs and boy shorts.
According to new research by lingerie retailers, women around the UK are waving goodbye to uncomfortable underwear and filling their knicker draws with fuller briefs.
Rigby and Peller, which made the high waisted pants Renee Zellweger wore for the Bridget Jones films has reported a 15% shift from thongs to larger styles this year. Online retailer Figleaves says sales of these items are up 28% in the past 12 months.
And big doesn’t have to mean boring as Nicky Clayton, creative director of Rigby & Peller, said: ‘There is now more detailing: lace, ruffles and accessories that accentuate rather than just cover up what can be a lady’s best asset. It’s been championed by the underwear-as-outerwear look.’
So don’t get your knickers in a twist. . it’s never been easier to find a gorgeous pair of pants. Hurrah!
Ladies, it’s time to put your best foot forward.
The sunny weather has given us an excuse to show off our tootsies in this season’s gorgeous summer sandals, so it’s more important than ever to treat your feet.
This week we’ve rounded up our top five pink polishes on the high street.
From baby pink to hot pink with a bit of glitter in between, this is what we recommend right now, (clockwise from top):
1. Marks and Spencers Per Una Polish in Spandex Pink, £3.99 at M&S
Channel your inner vampire in the darkest of our pink picks. It’s easy to apply because of the bottle’s wide top.
2. Bourjois 1 second innovation in Glitter Pink, £5.49 at Boots
It’s like pretty fairy dust. Apply on it’s own for a subtle shimmer or over another shade for extra glamour.
3. Nail Paint by Barry M in Shocking Pink £2.95 at Boots
This is pink with a capital P. One for the beaches of Miami or Ibiza, we reckon.
4. Nails Inc in Albermarle Street, £10.50 at Boots.
Cute and girly, this baby pink shade last for ages as Nails Inc has a chip-resistant formula. Genius!
5. Rimmel 60 seconds in Pulsating, £3.49 at Boots
If it’s good enough for Kate Moss, the face of the brand, then it’s good enough for you. Plus who has the time to wait ages for nails to dry?
We’ve been talking about our holiday wardrobes in the office and came up with our top picks for our top 4 destinations:
It’s very hard to talk about plus size fashion icons without mentioning Beth Ditto. Whether you love her or hate her, there’s no denying that she is at the forefront of the plus size fashion movement. With the anticipation of the upcoming collaboration collection with Evans growing every day, I wanted to highlight some of (what I deem to be) her best fashion moments.
The thing that I love the most about Beth’s fashion choices is that they defy the media’s stereotypical portrayal of curvy woman. She breaks every plus size fashion rule there is and shows that as plus size women, we can wear strapless things, we can wear body conscious dresses, we can wear any and everything that straight size women can and look amazing doing so. She is a definite fashion inspiration!

Amber Riley is looking fantastic at the moment. Whether she dressing up for a awards ceremony or keeping it casual she really knows how to wear fashionable clothes to flatter her figure and curves. The Glee star compliments her look with up-to-the-minute accessories, glossy locks and a great smile.
We think she looks totally fabulous, and we can’t wait for the new season of Glee!
We have a tantalising treat for you today. Blank have brought out a range of fabulous new dresses called Jolie Julie, that will soon be sold in Evans stores and online.
Jolie means pretty in French and the label’s dresses are absolutely gorgeous!
We love the range of colours from mint to pink to beautiful browns and nudes. And if you look close up, you’ll see the print looks like it’s been painted on the fabric. Stunning!
The maxi dresses can be worn during the day to summer picnics or barbecues or dressed up for night time soirees by adding some killer heels.
And it’s a similar story for the knee length dresses. You’ll want to wear these fab frocks everywhere!
The good news is that the wait only two weeks. Mark it on your calendars now, Jolie Julie is arriving soon. . .
The highlight of my week was seeing JLS perform at the Isle Of Man festival.
The crowd went absolutely crazy for the X Factor runners up as they did what they did best: flirting with the people in the front rows and signing autographs after their 45 minute set.
Festivals are great for seeing a variety of different bands perform and they are amazing for people watching.
I always take notice of what other festival goers are wearing for inspiration.
At this particular event, I reckon the best-dressed couple were mother and daughter Amy and Claire Collins, who are from the Isle of Man.
I love the way they have matched their pink outfits.
Pink is a fabulous colour for summer and it makes you stand out in a crowd (so JLS are more likely to spot you in the audience!)
And Amy’s colourful maxi dress is bold and beautiful and brilliant for wearing from day to night.
Evans has a great range of printed maxi dresses from a splash print maxi dress to a red floral stripe maxi dress so you can be the belle of the festival field at all the other music events this summer.
Roll on the Wireless, V and Reading / Leeds events!
Former Gossard model Sophie Anderton looks better than ever and it’s all because she has moved out of London.
The lingerie queen has had a tough few years with public battles with ex-boyfriends and drugs and alcohol, but things seem to be looking up.
The ex I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here contestant confided to me: ‘I’m happier than I have ever been before as I have moved into a rented flat in Surrey and got rid of all the bad influences.
‘I like it so much that I am buying my own place in Surrey in September.
‘I haven’t had a drop of alcohol in four months and the only wild thing I do now is ride horses.’
The peach dress she wore to the Jeans for Genes launch party certainly highlighted her healthy complexion.
Nude is on trend this season and Evans has a great selection of beige and cream clothes.
And shine like Sophie this summer!
Celebrities can’t get enough of maxi dresses. Here is X Factor star Stacey Soloman wearing a gorgeous black maxi dress at the launch of this year’s Jeans for Genes charity fund raising day.
On 1 October, people around the UK are being encouraged to swap their formal clothes for their favourite jeans and donate money to the charity that changes the lives of children with genetic disorders.
What a great excuse to splash out on a cool new pair of jeans!
At the launch party at London’s five star Sanctum Hotel, the bubbly Essex babe told me that she wants to take things one stage further and do a charity run as well as don some denim.
Stacey gushed: ‘I’m really passionate about children’s charities now I am a mother.
‘If anyone asks me to do something then I can’t say no, so I’ve just signed up for a 5km run. I’ve never done one before so I am a bit nervous.’
Well, we all have to start somewhere and the stunning singer seemed in great shape at the party in her flattering maxi dress.
Some brand new maxi dresses have just arrived at Evans. Check them out now!
