Silk Shore is a gorgeous (if we may say so ourselves) capsule collection of everyday spring essentials in signature coral, navy and sand hues. Perfect for leisurewear, holiday wear and everyday looks, we can’t wait to add to our SS13 wardrobes.
Finished with vintage inspired detailing, lace trims and prints to give the pieces a unique twist, soft blouses, stylish chinos and jersey cardigans create a modern silhouette. Each piece in the collection is created in cosy cotton and features the hallmark Silk Shore branded swallow embroidery – we like.

Awards season is in full swing, London Fashion Week has just closed its doors until September, and today at Evans HQ, we’re mostly coveting dresses and all things feminine and glamorous. Call it our pre-BRITs celebration, if you will.
From retro inspired shift dresses to beautifully printed designs, and on-trend shirt dresses to stylish dipped hem options, there is a dress for everyone in the new Spring/Summer collection. Let us show you our wardrobe must-haves and how we’re planning on styling dresses for the warmer months.
The Evans Bird Print Skater Dress is a fun and casual dress for everyday wear. We love the dainty bird print and on-trend monochrome colour palette, and we’re wearing it with the Evans Cream Slub Cardigan, cosy tights and our Evans Scallop Edge Pumps which have barely left our feet. Perfect for the office and for the weekend. We like.
With a military inspired button finish, the Evans Woven Yoke Shirt Dress went down a storm at our Evans Shape Studio last month. Teamed with gold accessories and the Evans Black Metallic Heel Peeptoe Pumps, this look is ideal for dates and dinners.
Finally, to inspire some colour and print to our wardrobes, the Evans Grey Floral Print Dress is a firm favourite in the office. With London Fashion Week and Plus Size Fashion Weekend hot on our heels, we thought we’d turn our hand to sharing what we’re wearing this season at Evans HQ. Styling trends from monochrome to colourblock, contrast panels and sheer textures, see what our ladies recommend from the spring/summer collection:
Carina says: This outfit is perfect for those weeks between winter and spring. I love the stylish grey and black colour combination, while the multicolour knit and contrast coat adds extra interest by mixing lots of great textures. The electric blue court shoes finish the look and add a fresh burst of colour.
Nimet says: I love the way my sheer leopard print shirt looks with my biker jacket and these high waisted jeans give me a lovely silhouette. A pop of colour is a must for spring so I’d add these coloured courts and match some bright orange lipstick to finish my look.

Valentine’s Outfit Ideas
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we thought we’d bring you an edit of our favourite pieces for the most romantic time of the year. Whether you’re spending time with your friends, staying in and relaxing, or are going to be celebrating with a loved one, we have a fabulous outfit idea for every occasion.
The Dinner Date
If you’re headed to your favourite restaurant, dress to impress with simple yet elegant separates. We love this Grey Lace Trim Shirt this season. Monochrome is the only trend to be seen in, and with a gorgeous vertical lace front, Apple and Busty shapes will love the streamlining effect. Pair it with a Peplum Hem Skirt and stylish Black Fashion Court Shoes or the Black Metal Bow Wedge Shoes, depending on your heel preference. We can’t decide between them!
The Cinema Trip
Cinema dates are an old classic. With the lights down low, comfy seating and a tub of popcorn in hand, comfy looks are a must for your evening.
