Outfit Ideas: Spring Florals
As the UK braces another cold snap, it’s time to inspire some spring style in the wardrobe and attempt to cast attention away from the rain, wind and snow that is hitting our windowpanes.
Florals are one of our favourite spring trends, whether in the form of a dainty ditsy print or a bolder design. See how we wear florals for every occasion, including for the daytime and for the evening.
The Evans Ivory Rose Print Kimono Top is a beautiful choice for the spring. Stylish and understated with a boxy, square fit, this top has an elegant tile print border design and tie belt at the waist for a variety of fits. Today we’re taking a look at the latest trend to slink its way into our wardrobes – lace. A long-time favourite, this spring sees lace return with a luxurious twist on our everyday essentials.

Oscars 2013
Continuing with the awards season, the Oscars 2013 had Evans HQ staring bleary-eyed at our TV screens on Sunday night, well into the early hours of Monday morning. Our quest? To spot our favourite plus size looks on the red carpet of course.
Our favourite looks this year were from the stunning Adele, who won her first Oscar, with ‘Skyfall’ picking up the award for ‘Best Original Song’. Adele wore a stunning Jenny Packham gown, with her hair perfectly coiffed in loose curled ends.
Adele also performed her award-winning song in a shorter number, set off with what we like to call Princess heels.
Another of our favourite looks from the red carpet was Melissa McCarthy’s beautiful dove grey number. Embellishments? Check. Flattering ruches? Check. The Bridesmaids star’s floor-sweeping gown was beautifully set off with a flush of rose to the cheeks, bouffant hair and a lace detail clutch.
