Since a good portion of my wardrobe comes from Evans, I thought it’d be interesting to showcase how I style some of my favourite pieces. One of my favourite things to get from Evans is jackets! Whether you prefer biker style, macs or classic denim, they have something for you. If you saw the preview to the A/W10 collection that was posted here on the blog, you know that I am waiting with bated breath for a few of the new jackets to debut!
Below are four outfits featuring some of my fave items and no surprise, three of them are jackets! What are some of your favourite items from Evans? Let me know in the comments!

From left to right:
Beth Ditto for Evans Stained Glass Prom Dress: Being from the US, my first introduction to Evans was through the Beth Ditto collection. One of the pieces that jumped out at me was the stained glass prom dress! I fell in love with the silhouette and the print. I am usually not a print nor a floral person but this print was young and fun so I had to have it! I paired the dress with my favourite chained belt, boyfriend blazer and over-the-knee boots for a look that’s less girly and bit more tough.
Gray Waterfall Jacket: Waterfall jackets have always been a favourite of mine because I love draping all of kinds. This particular jacket also has small shoulder pads in it that give the jacket some structure and helps to create a long silhouette when worn with something else long and flowy like a maxi dress or skirt.
Biker Vest: I had my eye on this vest the minute it went up on the website. I love being able to get the look of a biker jacket in the spring/summer without having to suffer through wearing actual leather. This vest was a perfect addition to my shredded t-shirt and unitard.
Beth Ditto for Evans Biker Jacket: This is jacket that I wore everyday for about 6 months, no exaggeration. Much like the biker vest, the fact that it is lightweight makes it easier to wear during the warmer months and that’s always a plus. I really don’t like overly-feminine outfits so this biker jackets adds a toughness to the lace top and below-the-knee skirt that I’m wearing.
I also love Evans’ coats and jackets. Actually I just ordered one last week, can’t wait for it to arrive!
I wish I had purchased the stained glass dress. I did buy the domino dress but it was too small and had to go back. I do have the Beth Ditto purple sequin dress hanging in the closet waiting for the perfect occasion to wear. Loves it!
